Paul has more than 20 years of experience in managing industrial manufacturing facilities and Health and Safety. Paul is an engaging public speaker who has specialized in providing adult education courses. He has delivered on-site training courses to groups between 1 and 200 people, worked with firms of all sizes, from local, small business to large national and multi-national firms, and in all sectors, including automotive, retail, professional services and heavy industry. In addition to providing on-site training, Paul has also provided consulting services to assist companies in developing health and safety policy and procedure manuals and standard operating procedures. Paul is experienced in conducting and preparing for health and safety audits, including Workwell/COR, and has assisted in the implementation of programs through activities such as management and employee training to ensure that all the health and safety needs of the organization are met. Prior to founding Litschko Consulting Services, was a Plant Manager, Business Unit Manager and a Maintenance Manager. Paul has received his MBA, BSc. and a Blackbelt for Lean Manufacturing.
